About me
Hi, I am Mark
I began my career in retail, selling Persian carpets. After gaining enough retail experience, I took a one-year bicycle sabbatical. It was during this introspective journey that I found myself drawn towards the world of interior design. I fell in love with the notion of transforming existing spaces into new, beautiful, and efficient places to live and work.
My journey as an interior designer and felt maker has been distinguished by innovation, thanks to a passion for design and a strong eye for detail.
Creativity is the foundation of my method, allowing me to smoothly combine my aesthetic understanding with the objectives of my clients.
I have Business Acumen, Trend Identification, and Sustainable Practices in addition to technical competences.
This skill set enables me to create spaces that balance form and function, turning imaginations into living realities.
About Lindi
Hi there, I’m Lindi, the creative force behind Maximalist Papaya.
With a background in Fine Arts, I have dedicated a significant amount of time to cultivating a passion for the world of design. All the while developing and refining my talents as a color consultant, interior design student, muralist, and artist with a strong interest in art sourcing.
In 2021, I decided to launch Maximalist Papaya as a design studio, bringing all my passions and talents under one umbrella. Ever since, I have been engaged continuously in designing, curating, and making.
From interior design to art and styling, I am passionate about creating something exceptional for all my clients.
